- Trish O'Kane, B.A, MRMA, has 13 years experience in information and records management, 10 of which have been in consulting in a wide range of New Zealand government and corporate agencies. She is active in the Australasian IT21-07 committee on recordkeeping metadata and the ISO TC46/SC11 sub-committee on records and archives. Trish has presented at conferences and run workshops in New Zealand and Australia, the United States and Europe. Trish's current focus is on metadata frameworks, information architecture and EDRMS implementations. As part of this work for both NZ Inland Revenue and IT21-07, Trish has developed visual conceptual aids, tools and implementation models for a range of audiences, including technical architects, developers, records managers and users.
